& Subscription and Monthly Refill Policy
When you purchase a Marvane subscription (Monthly Refill), you'll receive automatic recurring deliveries. Your payment method is stored securely and charged for each delivery. The subscription exists so you never run out. Your next tube arrives before you finish the one you have, so your coverage routine keeps going without a gap.
What you see at checkout
Your recurring charge is shown clearly in the cart and at checkout before you pay. You'll see a "Recurring subtotal" line with the exact amount and how often you'll be charged, for example "$39.90 every month." Your subscription items are also marked "Deliver every 30 days."
Just above the "Secure My Order" button, the checkout states that your cart contains an automatically renewing subscription, and that by clicking it you expressly and affirmatively agree to be automatically charged the recurring amount shown in your cart, plus shipping and taxes, until the subscription ends or you cancel. It also links to this cancellation policy. The same note appears by the express checkout options (Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay).
How much you're charged
Your subscription is billed every 30 days. Each month you're charged the same amount you pay for your tube(s) today, plus shipping. The most common plan is 1 Marvane tube with a free brush on your first order, charged at $39.90 + $4.85 shipping each month. If you order more tubes, you're billed for that amount instead. For example, 2 tubes is $69.80 + $4.85 shipping per month. This continues every month until you cancel.
These prices cover the tubes only. Any extras you add at checkout, like the Makeup Melter, an extra brush, or the Finishing Mitt, are one-time purchases and are not reshipped or charged again.
Your first refill
When you start a subscription, you're signing up for two orders: your first order and the refill that follows it 30 days later. The free Blend & Blur Application Brush comes with your first order, and that's what the free gift is for.
This means your first refill will be charged and shipped. It can't be cancelled ahead of time, apart from the 15-minute window described below once the order is created. The brush is worth $19.90 and we give it away at no cost, which only works if the subscription runs for its first two orders. It also means you get two full tubes to work with, which is what most customers need to see how Marvane performs on their skin.
You can cancel any time after that, before your next billing date, and you'll never be charged again.
Please note: We offer two separate product pages so you can choose what suits you. One is subscription-based (Monthly Refill), the other is a one-time purchase with a different offer. Pick whichever you prefer.
Cancelling an individual order
Once an order is placed, it begins processing immediately in our system and is quickly forwarded to our fulfillment facility. Because of this, the window to cancel an order is very short.
If you need to cancel an order, contact us within 15 minutes of it being placed and we'll do our best to catch it in time and issue a full refund. After that 15-minute window, your order has already moved into processing and shipping, and we're no longer able to cancel it. Our standard Return & Refund Policy applies instead.
This applies to every order, including the refill orders your subscription creates automatically each month.
Cancelling your subscription
Cancelling your subscription is separate from cancelling a single order. To avoid being charged for your next shipment, cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date. Each scheduled refill automatically creates a new order, and once that order exists the same 15-minute window applies to it.
