Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for:

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
We do not accept returns for general “change of mind” unless approved by our team after reviewing your refund request, or if it falls under our "30-Day Money Back Guarantee".
Order Cancellations
Once you place an order, it begins processing immediately in our system and is quickly forwarded to our fulfillment facility. Because of this, the window to cancel is very short.
If you need to cancel, please contact us within 15 minutes of placing your order at info@marvane.com — we'll do our best to catch it in time and issue a full refund.
After this 15-minute window, your order has already moved into processing and shipping, and we are no longer able to cancel it. In that case, our standard return and refund policy will apply instead.
