Shipping policy
Shipping Partners
Marvane partners with major shipping carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS to deliver directly to your door across the United States and worldwide.
Order Processing
Once you place an order, it begins processing immediately in our system and is quickly forwarded to our fulfillment facility. We require 1–3 business days on average to prepare your order before it ships out.
- During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be longer.
- Popular items that are low in stock may also require additional time.
- Please note that orders are not processed on weekends — orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will begin processing on the next business day.
Because orders begin processing right away, the window to cancel or make changes is very short. If you need to cancel, please contact us within 15 minutes of placing your order at info@marvane.com — we'll do our best to catch it in time and issue a full refund. After this window, your order has already moved into processing and shipping, and we are no longer able to cancel it. In that case, our standard return and refund policy will apply instead.
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Tracking
All orders include a tracking number. You will receive this via email once your order is handed to our shipping partner.
Please note:
-
Tracking updates may take several days to appear in the system.
-
If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and no tracking information is available, contact us at info@marvane.com
